Vom Tafelspitz gibts kein Foto, es waren alles schon so hungrig, da durfte ich nicht mehr fotografieren! (ihr kennt das ja: "dürfen wir jetzt endlich essen, bevor alles kalt ist?) ;-)
Klassisch wird Tafelspitz in Scheiben geschnitten und mit Suppe und Wurzelgemüse serviert.
Dazu wird Schnittlauchsauce und Semmelkren gereicht.
Bei uns gabs heute ein Kren-Sellerie-Souffle
und in Kernöl ausgebratene Kartoffel-Taler dazu.
Die Beilagen sind eine Eigenkreation. Ich hatte noch Teig von den Mohnnudeln vom Vortag übrig und hab ein bissl herumprobiert.
